Lister, BC is a farming community south of Creston, BC. It has a small water system servicing approximately 180 residential and commercial connections. The water system is owned by the Regional District Central Kootenay (RDCK).
In the fall of 2010, WSA Engineering Ltd. began working with the RDCK to improve the water system located at Lister Creek, BC. The upgrades were completed in December, 2012. They included: a new 10” diameter well with a 10 HP pump, a 233,700 USGAL bolted steel tank reservoir, a control building, and piping upgrades. These improvements are designed to service approximately 250 residential connections.
