Redstone is a multi-phase golf resort and real estate development in Rossland, British Columbia. WSA Engineering Ltd. has provided consulting engineering services for all phases of the project to date.
The completed Redstone Phase I involved the design, tendering, and construction of roads, servicing, and 89 single-family building lots. This project required over 2.5km of new water service main connected to the City of Rossland’s municipal water distribution system.
The Redstone project required close cooperation with the City of Rossland, to address the important design challenges of a small but growing community, especially adapting Rossland’s aging existing water distribution system to accommodate this significant expansion to its servicing demands.
WSA was able to provide a design that satisfied both the developer-client and the City, further providing contract administration, construction oversight, and materials testing services that ensured timely completion of the project. Redstone Phase I has successfully sold out, with Phases II and III currently proceeding on schedule.
