PMC Development have worked with WSA prior to this latest project which involves the design of the Great Canadian Oil Change facility on Columbia Road.
WSA was invited by PMC to design the premises for their new project due in part to the previous working relationship between the two companies.
WSA worked closely with PMC in coming up with the concept design initially, and from there provided them a fully engineered design for the building. There was no construction management required for this project as PMC were using their own construction workforce.
Construction began in February 2015 and will be completed later in the year.
