The Castlegar and District Hospital Auxiliary Society engaged WSA at the beginning of their project back in 2012. Their purpose was to find a way of extending their capabilities in serving the community of Castlegar.
WSA was asked by the Society to design the facility and provide engineering services. Alongside this WSA was then asked to construct the addition using their construction division WSA Ventures Ltd.
We worked closely with the Society in coming up with the concept design initially, and from there provided them with a fully engineered design for the building. The construction was completed in 2014 and the extension opened later that year.
