The Super 8 Motel approached WSA to come up with a design for the extension to the motel. The extension was going to house a new swimming pool.

WSA was invited by Super 8 to design the premises for their new project which was modern but yet pleasing to the eye.

WSA worked closely with Super 8 in coming up with the concept design initially, and from there provided them a fully engineered design for the building. Construction management was also provided for this project from the tendering process to final sign off.

 

Construction began in July 2003 and was in 2004.
