DESCRIPTION:
The Village of Silveton is located on Slocan Lake
and is home to about 195 residents.
In 2016 WSA assisted the Village with the preparation of a grant application to the Clean Water and Wastewater Fund to complete upgrades to the water distribution network. WSA provided engineering design, tendering, contract administration, project management and construction inspection services for the replacement of approximately 880m of aging asbestos-cement water main in various locations throughout the Village. The project was completed on time and on budget in 2017.
